    This is like the hurricanes that hit the US and head off NE past Maine and Nova Scotia/Newfoundland toward Ireland and the UK.

    My area is expected to have the Gorge wind effect from the pressure gradient funnel from eastern Oregon to the river valley.
    Time to batten down the hatches.
