I was wondering if you could make a faster bicycle powered by animals other than humans. Like, if you somehow trained a racehorse to use a bicycle like these (greatly adapted) would it be faster because of more power or slower because it's bigger so it has greater air resistance? Also, how about using arm power as well as leg power? It seems like there should be a practical way to make a bike where you use your arms for propulsion as well as for steering, and that you could get strong enough arms after a while to make it worthwhile.
