Fast operations

  1. Nov 7, 2003 #1
I know that there are some shortcuts to make math operations. For example
When you multiply 11 and another number (23 for exaple) you just write those two numbers like this:

    2 3

and then sum them "2+3=5" and the result you write it in the middle:
    2 5 3

    and that's it.

Can you help me and write those kind of shortcuts, it would really help, thanx

You might want to look for a book entitled, The Trachtenberg Speed System of Basic Mathematics.
