Ok, so I finally succumbed to this whole blogging thing, I want to get one. So what website do you guys recommend? It has to have a minimum level of intelligence of its users, and preferably not too many users joined to the site. Heck, any good site will do. Suggestions?

If you want a personal blog, I suggest wordpress.com or blogger.
