Finding setteling time of the step response

  1. Dec 14, 2016 #1
    Hi
I have given this question which I can not solve. I dont really know how to calculate it especially since there is a unknown variable in the transfer function and there is twist that the transfer function is normed.

given this normalized transfer function ( where s is normed variable)

    H(s)= C/(s+2) and w= 2pi*E -3 (norming)
calculate settling time for step response
and calculate the maximum output voltage if C=1 and the input signal is a pulse of 6 micro second with 2 volt amplitude and compare it with the impulse response of t=0
