1. find the rms value of i=1/3sin3t between t=0 and t=1/10

2. not sure of the method or the formula i may need

rms is root mean squared

$$V_{rms} = \sqrt{\frac{1} {(t_1-t_0)}\int_{t_0}^{t_1} v(t)^2 dt}$$
