Flow Sensors

  1. May 18, 2009 #1
    Hello Gentlemen,

I'm in need of a miniature liquid flow sensor capable of measuring liquid flows in the mili and possibly high micro ranges that is quite accurate. I seem not to find much on the internet as most of the sensors are for greater flow capacities.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Regards Miles.

    Hello

This one has a maximum flow rate of 40 µl/min: http://www.sensirion.ch/en/02_liquid_flow_sensors/03_liquid_flow_meter/01_slg-1430.htm" [Broken]
    Here's the data sheet: "www.sensirion.com/images/getFile?id=35"[/URL]
