Good book for FEM

    hi every one. can anyone suggest me a good book on finite element method? i am a beginner and want to clear my basics about the subject. online links and tutorials would also help.

    Perhaps try:
    (1) Adams, et al., Building better products with finite element analysis, OnWord Press, 1998.
    (2) Felippa, Introduction to finite element methods, University of Colorado, 2004.

    Also try a google search such as the following, to investigate previous answers to this question on Physics Forums (PF).
