Graph Questio

    I have to generate random numbers between [0,1] (1 for directed, 0 for no-path)
    From given numbers of nodes and edges, my problem is how to know what constraints are needed to make it directed when i have to generate the number randomly ? Or Am I thinking about this so hard as I used to be said ?
    I mean the number of vertices and edges are input from user and from which I have to generate the numbers...
    Am I off the track of this graph problem ? I think about it again and again but still unable to make it right.

    Hopefully I can get any help from you...
