Green house effect

  1. Apr 25, 2012 #1
i know what is green house effect but dont know whether there is any mathematical relation for finding the temperature rise due to green house?

i am asking this because i am working on my college project on analysis of flat plate solar collector and want to calculte the correct values of increasesd temperature due to green house phenomena in the sloar collector.

the ambient temp is say 25 deg c but using sloar collectors temp rises to 50-60 degress .
so i want to know the mathematics of green house , that how this temp rises by radition , as the outside temp keeping constant but increasing inside due to green ?
how , ie by what formula i can can this with respect to time???
