How do circuits and mechanisms work?

In summary, circuits and mechanisms work by utilizing various components and principles to control and manipulate the flow of electricity. Circuits use conductive materials and connections to create a path for the electrical current to flow, while mechanisms use mechanical components such as gears, pulleys, and levers to transform and transmit energy. By understanding the principles of circuits and mechanisms, we can design and build complex systems that power our modern world.

my name is Eric - I was an EE major in school for a couple terms before I became a microbiologist. A part of me wishes I would have stuck with it, so I actively try to build circuits and projects...I just lack a fundamental explanation for how some of these mechanisms work (I'm teaching myself). Please be patient with my questions!
