Hi everyone,

I’m a neurobiologist from Germany. I am currently working on my PhD, using methods from information theory and dynamical systems theory and hope to get some insights into some theoretical aspects, which are still somewhat unclear.

All the best,

MandelToast

Thanks!
I am working on the electrophysiology of Parkinson’s disease. More precisely I try to determine the causality structure of the affected brain regions and muscles by using transfer entropy. I also try to determine if the pathological brain activity can be described as a possibly low dimensional nonlinear dynamical system.
