Hall effect-thin film

    when doing hall effect measurement, will the thicknes of thin film affect the result?what is the best thickness to do the measurement?

    The Hall voltage is inversely proportional to the thickness of the film so to get a large enough and easily measured voltage I would say the thinner the better.
