Happy birthday, Norway!!
Norway's Constitution is 192 years today!
The melody (without song) to our national anthem may be found on this page:
Happy Birthday to your country!
In case anyone missed it. :)
Any commemoration is better than no commemoration I suppose.
Just in case one wants to drop in for a visit -
These folk know how to party
Glad Fødselsdag, Norge!
Oh, Happy Birthday to Norway!!!
Happy Bday Norway!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111111111
Happy birthday Norway!!
One of the world's most interesting and valuable countries! Happy Birthday!
With Fjords by Slartibartfast.
Thank you all!
It is more common to say "God bursdag"* (good birthday) than the exotic "Glad fødselsdag", but thanks all the same.
*Or, even more standard: "Gratulerer med dagen" ((I) congratulate (you) with the day)
Happy Birthday Norway!
Being a good part Finn with a dash of Swede, Norway is a country close to my heart.
Happy birthday to Norway.
One day I hope to visit its fjords. :)
This is how Norwegian 18-year olds look like on our Constitution Day after a couple of weeks incessant celebration of the end of 12 years school-going:
Happy birthday, Norway!
How is that possible that Norway would be 192 years old while we know arildno is already older than that?
Just a few more years and it will be able to buy a beer or vote, have sex
MODERN Norway is 192 years old; there did, however, exist an ancient Norway during the VIking Age (I never liked Eric Bloodaxe)
hmmm.... so as I suspected you belong to ancient Norway!
Arildno: you're Norwish? My close friend is in Norway as we speak, visiting his Norwish wife's family.
They live in Sandnes.
(P.S. Did you know that Google Earth has TOTALLY misplaced Sandnes? They're got it somehwere off the Northenr Coast in the water...)
