    1. Describe the link between mass and energy and tell the importance of that ability within nature to change between them is to us. (worded oddly i know)

    2. Relevant equations E=mc2

    3. The attempt at a solution

I know that The link between mass and energy is that theoretically it can be changed from one to the other, I have come up with the example of wood burning creating heat energy. Is this a good example of its importance? Im not exactally sure what i am supposed to be saying here!!

I think a better example might be the thermonuclear activity in the Sun which makes life possible hear on Earth.
