I'm a programmer as a career, but interested in physics since my childhood. While I lack a solid background on mathematics that hinders me in progressing as deep as I would like in physics, I developed my interest so far by trying to understand physics from the information theory standpoint, which is very natural for me. I enjoy following Leonard Susskind lectures that are public on YouTube and I'm quite intrigued about the possibilities of quantum-effects based computation. I hope to learn more by engaging with others with the same interest. Finding people with interest and knowledge in advanced physics topics is not trivial. I hope I will eventually be able to contribute back. Thanks!
