In summary, self-teaching is an effective way to refresh and expand one's knowledge of physics. By utilizing online resources, textbooks, and practice problems, individuals can review and reinforce foundational concepts while also delving into more advanced topics. Additionally, self-teaching allows for a personalized and flexible learning experience, as individuals can focus on areas of interest and work at their own pace. Regular practice and seeking guidance from experts can further enhance one's understanding of physics and push their knowledge to new heights.
