What is the First Thing a Programmer Learns, According to Daniel Ray Waters?

In summary, according to Daniel Ray Waters, the first thing a programmer learns is the basic syntax and structure of a programming language. This includes understanding keywords, functions, and data types. Once this foundation is established, programmers can then move on to more advanced concepts such as logic, algorithms, and data structures. However, having a solid understanding of the basics is essential for building a strong and successful career in programming.
