Help needed on a brainteaser

  1. Apr 24, 2004 #1
This one has physical motions to it, it's both hands, fingers pointing towards each other, holding up the same amount of fingers on both hands.

Unless you've seen it or can think of a better way to find it on google, I had no clue, and my friend wouldnt tell me the answer.

She'd hold up fingers (with 1,2,3,4,5 on each hand) and say this is "random number" then she'd do it again, then again and you'd have to guess what number the third set of fingers was.
We figured out that they are all even numbers, the last number. And we also figured out that there was no math skills, but possibly counting involved, but no addition, subtraction.

You probably can only get this if you've done it or seen it done, but please help if you can...thanks!
