Hi, thank you for the add. I am trying to get healthy :)

o0)I have a connective tissue problem that started 5 years ago and is progressing into all areas of my body and I'm hoping to find some help on how to cure or heal myself. As I am new here I don't want to overstep any boundaries but if anyone has any information to help me I would be most grateful. I have just started taking pantethine and acetyl-l-carnitine, as well as whey protein shakes and Kombucha tea in hopes of helping my little cells get healthy and turn back into energy. Thank you in advance for any information or suggestions !

We don't offer medical advice here at PF due to liability problems. That plus the fact that the amount of medical misinformation is staggeringly high on the internet and we would quickly be swamped with people who have utterly no idea what their talking about offering you advice like "drink ionized caffeine juice after 12:00 pm on Thursdays!". If you haven't yet seen a doctor, please go do so. If you already have, any questions should go to them. Please remember to make sure any supplements/medications you take, either on your own or prescribed by a doctor, do not have harmful interactions!
