Homework on thermodynamics_Help

    Hello everyone,

    I am going to take an exam tomorrow which is of very importance for me and I have face difficulties with an exercise. The exercise is the following:

    "We have an empty, initially, tank of volume V which has very thin walls. The tank is located in an ambient of very large dimensions. The ambient contains ideal gas whose each molecule has mass m. The pressure of the gas in the ambient is Po and the temperature T is constant. In an instance, a small hole of cross-sectional S is created on the wall of the tank.
    i) Determine the pressure of the gas in the inner of the tank as a function of time t, P(t).
    ii)What is the reason that we mention on an ambient of very large dimensions?
    iii)What is the role of the thin walls of the tank?
