I think this is so cool.

I am taking a hoop dance lesson next weekend. I'll probably spend most of it bonking myself in the head with the hoop.

I suggest making sure your fire extinguishers are in working order.

Oh wow, that looks like alot of fun. I still have a hula hoop here, I should pick it up and try. It's very good exercise, that's what I bought it for originally

Great! We'll start PF Hoop Troop!

It was funny. All of my neighbors ran outside and I said, "oh, sorry, I was doing aerobics. Hope I didn't disturb you!"

Pretty good shaker, though. My bicycle fell over and some other stuff flew off the shelves.

The hoop lessons are near the Hippy Soap shop so I can get my hip chakra realigned before the class. I also went to an aromatherapy spa on Wednesday and they did a chakra adjustment scalp massage to cure the static cling problem with my hair. It worked pretty well, I think. But it also started raining so there's no telling for sure.

It's the area I live in. Everyone is trying to get at your chakras. I gave up and just started letting them do what they want (as long as it's free - and it feels good).

Lucky you! The epicenter is the best part. It likes to lift things up and place them down gently in unexpected places.

We didn't call them "chakras" when I lived down there.

I don't know if I need to work on balancing my chakras or my epicenters. California life is so confusing.

We didn't call them epicenters either.

Funny, I lived in California for more than half of my life but I never saw that side of the culture. I knew about it but never saw it. The first three-eyed, chakra-toting, chant-chanting, trandscendental Californian that I ever met was here in Oregon.

When I went to school in Ashland, Oregon was full of those chakra balancers.

Wow that was cool. The hoops look a bit larger then hula hoops, and my husband wants to know where do we sign up for the 2 people 1 hoop lessons?

I hope your healing crystals didn't get cracked in the quake!

BTW, when you let people start touching your chakras, you're on the downhill slide. What's next? Meth? Home crafts?

Come back to us!!! Reject the dark side!!!!

I think you need an extra large hoop for two people. I was reading about them on this website that sells custom built hoops and gives instructions on making your own:

I love the LED hoops they make.

Monterey and Carmel, California have to be the crystal-toting capitols. I've never seen so many crystal stores in my life.

From the web site "...A hoop...your own hoop... a thing of beauty.."

You know, I really must have one now.
