How to combine special relativity and maxwell equation

How to combine special relativity and maxwell equation as simple as possible without going into qed? Sorry for such a absurd request as I am not smart at all.

It is possible, but this is a very broad question. Is there a specific problem you are trying to solve?

Maxwell's equations are invariant under Lorentz transformation. Classical electromagnetism and special relativity are already in agreement with each other.
