Mentors are all members who have shown diligence in posting and behavior, they are selected from active members by the current mentors and the admins. Greg Bernhardt started this as a high school project, around 1999. He is THE admin, Chroot brought some nice programming skilZ to the table and was made an admin mainly to help with the implementation of the forums LaTex capability.
