Human Foot

    Need some help. How fast are the human feet traveling as they pass each other while walking and running?

    That is entirely dependent upon how the person is running or walking.

    Measured relative to the ground, each foot has zero speed when it is on the ground) for half the time, and travels forward at twice your walking speed for half the time.

    So they pass at twice your walking speed.
