Homework Help: HV Distribution Feeder systems

  1. Jan 28, 2014 #1
    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data

The attachment lists the question I'm posed in full.
I have completed (i) and (ii) but am stuck on (iii)

    3. The attempt at a solution

    I know that load B draws 3.2*10^6/sqrt3 * 11 * 10^3 = 167.9 @37°

    and load C draws 1.8*10^6/sqrt3 * 11 * 10^3 = 94.5 @53°

I need to find total current from A to continue but am unsure how to do this, I know thios must relate to B and C but cannot remember how. Any help is appreciated.
