Becoming a pilot in India requires dedication, hard work, and a strong passion for flying. To start, you must have completed your 10+2 education from a recognized board, such as CBSE. The minimum marks required may vary from institution to institution, but a good academic record is usually preferred.

The next step is to enroll in a flying school, which can cost anywhere from 15-20 lakhs (depending on the school and location). This includes the cost of flight training, ground training, and other necessary fees. Keep in mind that this cost may increase if you need to repeat any courses or if you opt for additional training.

In terms of entry criteria, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Class 1 medical certificate. You will also need to pass an entrance exam, which may include written tests, interviews, and a physical fitness test. Additionally, you must have a certain level of proficiency in English, as it is the language used in aviation communication.

Overall, becoming a pilot in India requires both financial and academic commitment.
