There are many toolbar I have already using since 2 years, now I download a brand new toolbars (“gboxapp”). I need to someone explain its full qualification. Is it virus/malware?

I don't think you need the software shown on the above site to remove it.

there videos on youtube to show you how to remove it. My favorite has always been hijackthis but it takes some skill to use it effectively and not shoot yourself in the foot. Its free and will show you everything hooked into your system.
