It just isn't worth it. http://www.extremesportclips.com/video/2385/Workout-Mishap.html

I think I'll throw away my scooter, too. http://www.extremesportclips.com/video/680/Sweet-Scooter-Jump.html (and obnoxious friend).

Ever notice how much work you get done right around the holidays.

Ouch! I think this guy did permanent damage to himself. http://www.extremesportclips.com/video/448/Tree-Bungie.html . I'm not sure what he was trying to do but it reminds me of when my 7-year-old daughter tied herself to the seat of the swing and tried to show her sister how she could swing with no hands.

That couldn't have felt good at all. This is why I just do normal sit ups. It just is not worth the risk to do anything else.

Ditto! This guy is scary. I have done technical rock-climbing, and though some of the finger-jams in cracks look more impressive than they are in real life, this guy is WAY good. On my first climb, my next-door neighbor's climbing partners had finals to deal with and he was facing a deadline to submit his guide to the Appalachian Mountain Club, so he drafted me as a climbing partner, and luckily, his wife's feet were about the same size as mine, so I could use her boots. I'm glad Maine has a whole lot more granite than sandstone/schist, etc.

1. Why did you stop working out?

I stopped working out because my work and personal schedule became too busy and I couldn't find the time to fit in exercise.

2. Won't you gain weight if you stop working out?

It is possible to gain weight if you stop working out and maintain the same diet. However, weight gain can be avoided by making small changes to your diet and staying active through daily activities.

3. How long does it take to lose muscle mass after stopping workouts?

The rate at which you lose muscle mass after stopping workouts depends on various factors such as age, diet, and genetics. Generally, it can take a few weeks to a few months to see a noticeable decrease in muscle mass.

4. Can you maintain your fitness level without working out?

It is possible to maintain your fitness level without working out, but it requires a healthy and balanced diet along with other physical activities such as walking, biking, or playing sports.

5. Will you lose all your progress if you stop working out?

If you have been consistently working out and building muscle, you may lose some progress if you stop working out completely. However, with a healthy diet and staying active, you can maintain most of your progress and easily regain any lost muscle once you start working out again.
