Inequalities of modulus!

  1. Sep 12, 2009 #1
    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
    |x+2/x+1|less than or equal to |x-3|
    how do i solve this??
    I couldn't find any way!
My lecturer did give me a hint saying that there are four combinations of + and -ve signs.
    2. Relevant equations

    3. The attempt at a solution
