Integrating rotation speed and linear acceleration

  1. Hello. This is not a homework question, rather a problem I face.

    I have a device with a gyroscope and an accelerometer. I need to program it so that it calculates its position. I know how to do it in theory, but I will also need to consider many practical issues.

    Has anyone done it or does anyone know any paper about that?
