In summary, the purpose of an introduction is to provide a brief overview of the topic and to capture the reader's attention. It typically includes background information, the main thesis or argument, and a roadmap of what will be discussed in the rest of the content. A strong introduction sets the tone for the rest of the piece and entices readers to continue reading.

Hi,

I am an undergrad at UCSD studying math and physics (taking all astrophysics electives. I've started reviewing previous maths to solidify understanding, because my calculus, linear algebra, and discrete math experience was extremely rushed and I worked full-time while in these classes. I've been able to review smartly and catch up thankfully! Currently, I am planning to take differential equations and physics 4B this coming quarter. Also, and I am super excited about this, I finally saved up enough to get a https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000GUKTDM/?tag=pfamazon01-20! It's going to be glorious once it arrives.
