Ionic Solution Description Manual

  1. Apr 29, 2010 #1
Hello! Does anyone know of some resource that lists the color of an ionic solution, or has lots of color pictures that will let me see it for myself?

The CRC has very little, the Merck has the color of some solutions but not a lot (mainly they describe the solid), and I'm at a loss. It's not hard to find descriptions of solid but I'd like to find something describing the appearance of many different ionic salts in solutions.

    Thanks for the help!

EDIT: If you could tell me that the solutions of soluble white/colorless crystals are always clear and colorless that would help too. (And give me a reference for that.)
