I have to disagree with that. 9/11 was an attack by a terrorist organisation against the US and the rest of the western world. Remember that Afghanistan was landed on from a great height first as a repurcusion because that was where the terrorists hailed from.

Most of them were from Saudi Arabia, a nation which has more ties with the USA than it does with Iraq.

what is this disgusting **** the soldiers are doin to the iraq's?......making them have homosexual sex with eachother......making them masterbait infront of female soldiers?.....raping iraqi women?......and everyone goes nuts when someone gets his head cut off on tape, when the US in iraq has probably done worse to iraq's , like come on, everyone on this board knows that this US adminstration is crooked, and wrong, and if BUSH gets re-elected then everything will just get worse, so think about this when ur voting soon

Decibel…..

I agree with you. What our soldiers did to those prisoners is unforgivable. They should pay for those heinous acts. Guess what, they are and in front of the rest of the world. There was no attempt to cover any of it up and the Defense Secretary even went as far to tell the American public that there are more pictures and videos out there. Does us being open with our mistakes make it anymore forgivable? NO. But it should keep your mouth shut. It happened; we are punishing those who did it and taking measures to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

What pisses me off is when morons like you use this kind of BS to politicize this war. “Oh, don’t reelect President Bush. He rapes poor Iraqi soldiers” “The US administration is corrupt and evil” Take a seat dude. Your post would have been a good conversation piece until you added that crap on at the end and let us all know your true reason for even bringing it up. Shame on you!

You have ABSOLUTLY NO steam going into this election and have to cheer for horrible things to happen in the economy and the war to have a cupcake chance in fat camp to get things your way. I for one think that is despicable.

Joe Vialls is a nutcase. A number of those pics are obvious fakes from a pornsite, http://www.sexinwar.com/ [Broken]. However, anyone who claims that the pictures appear to show the activities in a typical Copenhagen bathhouse on a dull Saturday night, I've never been to that, but tell me, do people in Danish bathhouses pose with thumbs up next to a guy they've beaten to death in the showers? :uhh:

They were supposedly linked with Al Qaeda, which is allegedly headed by a guy from Saudi Arabia.

But isnt Al Qaeda mainly based in Afghanistan?? If not, what are the reasons for the attack on Afghanistan?

Besides poppi fields and heroine production, Afghanistan gets money from terrorist groups to train in their nation. Kinda like renting out a space for storage. Al Qaeda rented out a space in Afghanistan so they wouldn't dirty relations with Saudi Arabia and the USA by bringing war upon Saudi Arabia for their terrorist attacks upon the USA from their rented space in Taliban Afghanistan.
Taliban Afghanistan openly offered areas for training to the former "freedom fighters" known as Al Qaeda or any other group who could pay the bill.
Interestingly enough Afghanistan was recieving Tons of money from all kinda of training camps so they started destroying their poppi fields and heroine production. The USA gave them a large sum of money at that time for Human Rights initiaves in that country and then 9/11/01 occured. The USA then realized they'd been played and then decided to try and thwart future attempts such as this and invaded Taliban Afghanistan. Completely wiping out and forcing out all foreign groups there. Those groups went to Iraq since Sadaam offered asylum there. Since the USA was in the area and there was nothing really stopping them they decided to track down the terrorist groups in Iraq, meanwhile finishing a war that was started a while back and taking out another potential threat to the USA. Killing 2 birds with 1 stone so to speak.
Poppi fields are back in action in Afghanistan and bringing money to the country again but this time the money is actually going towards education which has been re-initiated along with education of men and women in segregated schools.
This seems to also be an effort of cutting loose ends because if you notice through history and the past 30 years, every nation or group the USA used against the former Soviet Union seems to be disappearing or on it's way out with help from key USA allies such as Israel, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and even India.
Those countries also have an oil pipeline to maintain to send oil produced from the Carlyle Group's factories and technologies in those countries over to China from under the Sea's which seperates them (Arabian and Indian). This brings together a whole agenda for the Middle East from which most nations will benifit from eventually since most products everyone uses are made within the Industrialized Oil Consuming China. The USA consumes quite a bit of the worlds Oil and this recent gas crisis is tied into the whole shipment of oil to China to produce more products for the world and especially the USA and also develope more technologies.
It is true that what happened in Iraq to those prisoners on both fronts are horrible but also they are just consequences of what everyone's interests seem to be. Politically anyway.
I read and listened to a lot of the information from a movie called "The Truth and Lies of 9-11-01 and from www.fromthewilderness.com. But I also read a lot of moderate international news sources and kinda what I said above is just consequential information from those sources combined.
If the USA does leave Iraq which I believe they should do, then the world will be able to reflect upon Iraq in a new light and see how Iraqi's can gain from this instead of being the victims. Maybe the world can step in and turn Iraq into a wealthy nation like Saudi Arabia instead of letting that burden fall upon a group of countries like the USA and it's allies. This whole situation can be benificial for everyone and especially the Iraqi's.
Which then places us back into getting rid of Terrorist groups who disrupt this whole mess. Not only in the Middle East but also in the northern areas of Europe where I hear there are some terrorist problems also.
Anyway,
-=|peace|=-
