Isomer! please help

    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
    How many possible isomers exist for the neutral octahedral complex[Fe(SCN)2(H2O)4]?

    2. Relevant equations

    3. The attempt at a solution
    i got three which are trans-, cis-, and the mirror image of cis-. so is there anymore?
    please help.

    I don't see how the mirror image is different from the original.
