Main Question or Discussion Point

The chili i started five days ago, it must be the cheapest meals i have eaten
and the taste gets better every day, all i do is add the odd thing when the

I would not serve you with some thing i would not eat myself, it might sound a bit iffy, but it is one of the best things i have ever cooked.

ah the original way of making stews and broths - just add ingredients as required to keep topped up.
the natural oils and spices act as a preservative

I've done the same thing, Woolie. I agree. I think my record for keeping it going was 2 weeks.

Well you start with basic ingredients, minced beef, onions, tomatos, red kidney beans, peppers, then the spices, i cheated and used a mexican hot
chili spice in a packet and added lazy chili out of a jar, cook it slow, 4 or 5 hrs, and taste, add more chili or what ever until it is to your likeing.
Next day add more tomato or beans more chili what ever and so on.

Hi Babs, Thanks again for lap top work:biggrin:
