Question: Is there another way to do this besides using the method of images?

    1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data

    2. Relevant equations

    3. The attempt at a solution

Even in these modern times, there is no known way of displaying a question for discussion other than 'the method of images and characters'

    Yes, there is !!!

I don't even need to know the question to know that there is always more than one method to solve a problem, or skin a cat.
