In summary, the connection between physics and philosophy lies in the pursuit of understanding the fundamental nature of reality. Physics uses mathematical and scientific methods to explore the physical world, while philosophy uses logic and reasoning to contemplate abstract concepts and fundamental principles. Both fields seek to uncover the underlying truths and laws that govern the universe, with physics focusing on the physical aspects and philosophy delving into the metaphysical. The two disciplines have a long history of influencing and informing each other, with philosophical ideas often inspiring new scientific theories and discoveries pushing philosophical discussions forward. Ultimately, the connection between physics and philosophy allows for a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the world we live in.

As a retired Engineering Manager with an MBA, I now have time to pursue my interests in Physics and the Philosophy of Mind. I am hoping, with your help, that I will be able to keep up with many of the new discoveries being made in the field of Physics.
