Journal for semi-crackpots?

  1. Jun 12, 2014 #1
I'm looking for a journal that will publish semi-crack pot physics theories.
    Not talking Josephson crackpot level.
Something that will consider Ab-initio approaches on ambitious problems where the big hitters of the field are focused using another technique.

Something reputable but it doesn't need a large audience.

The same journals that publish crackpot theories will publish "semi-crackpot" theories. There are no reputable journals that publish "semi-crackpot" theories. Crackpottery is crackpottery.
