Line of support

    What is line of support of a vector ? I could not find it anywhere on google !

    It's the same as the line of application.

    Sometimes we're not bothered about where the vector is, only its direction and magnitude.

    But if we are bothered, then the line of application or support is the extra piece of information that defines the vector.
