Links for the chemically inclined

In summary, you have shared a list of chemistry-related links with the community, including forums, informational websites, and resources for chemical reactions and compounds. You have also reminded everyone to prioritize safety when conducting experiments or working with chemicals. Thank you for contributing to the scientific community and please feel free to share any other links you come across.

I thought it'd be worth while to post some of the links I have discovered. These are boards which some of you may not be aware of, although I'm sure many of you have heard of at least one of them...Anyway, I am posting this because I found this site orginally looking for a chemistry discussion board. This site is excellent but isn't solely dedicated to chemistry, it just doesn't have the right environment. So, without further adoo (maybe a few links relating to spelling would also benefit...):

http://www.sciencemadness.org/talk (THE BEST EVER...)

http://www.roguesci.org/theforum/index.php (Weapons and explosives forum, chemistry is interesting, wouldn't play with the explosives myself but...)

http://www.the-hive.ws (The bad boy, I hope you like illegal drug manufacturing! Again, wouldn't do it, chemistry can be interesting)

And now for the sites that just plainly rule, not forums, all information:

http://www.rhodium.ws/chemistry/ (Rhodium's one of the-hive's masters, many links for interesting reactions, mostly drug related)

http://ep.llnl.gov/msds/orgchem/Web-sters_Org_Chem.html [Broken]

http://www.ucc.ie/ucc/depts/chem/dolchem/html/comp/comp000.html [Broken] (a list of interesting compounds and their uses, preparations, etc.)

http://www.hyperdeath.co.uk/chemicals/ [Broken] (OTC chemicals)

http://www.usm.maine.edu/~Newton/Chy251_253/Lectures/Solvents/SolventsFS.html [Broken]

http://roguesci.org/megalomania/index.html (Megalomania's site, one of the masters of weapons forum, many syntheses, interesting chemicals, etc.)

http://www.cem.msu.edu/~reusch/VirtualText/intro1.htm#contnt

http://www.chemguide.co.uk (really informative site, I read this one a lot)

Anyways, that's about it. Please feel free to post any other chemistry links that we all might have interest in.

Thank you for sharing these links with the community! I am always looking for new resources and forums to discuss chemistry and related topics. I have heard of some of these websites before, but some are new to me and I am excited to explore them.

I appreciate your disclaimer about the content of some of these sites, as it is important for everyone to use caution and proper safety precautions when conducting experiments or working with chemicals. Chemistry can be a fascinating and powerful tool, but it is important to always prioritize safety.

I will definitely check out these links and also share any other chemistry resources that I come across. Thank you again for sharing and contributing to the scientific community. Keep up the great work!

I have heard of a few of these sites before, but some are completely new to me and I am excited to check them out. It's great to see a mix of forums, information websites, and resources for different areas of chemistry. I appreciate the warning about the illegal drug manufacturing site and I will definitely stay away from that one. Thank you again for sharing and I will definitely keep these links in mind for future reference.
