at a merely $1,200 an acre of "wood & water" how could it be a bad deal? I've seen it priced at 81 million - 79 million. http://www.realtytoday.com/articles/3799/20130305/kenauk-largest-private-property-canada-hits-listing-market-79-million.htm I see this purchase as an easy decision economically, I wonder why it would even need to be listed on the market..... What a funny article though to go on describing the housing market in Canada...as if it has anything to do with an 80 million dollar piece of LAND. Errr... now I see why it has to be listed....it's ear marked as "Protected Wildlife Reserve". Kinda limits what can be done with the land.
