M7.6 western Caribbean

    a large quake occurred yesterday in the western Caribbean Sea
    A M7.6, which is pretty large for this region.

    M 7.6 - 44km E of Great Swan Island, Honduras

    The last M7+ in the region was the Mw7.0 that devastated Port-au-Prince, Haiti on the 12 Jan 2010.
