Hi, I plotted this figure but it turned out that the original geometry has been distorted. I mean the geometry I'm calculating is like this:

a rectangle with two triangles attached, one to the upper-right, one to the middle. I'm sorry I couldn't provide a figure to illustrate here and I hope it's understandable.

I guess the problem could be due to interpolation but I'm not sure. here's the command:

xlin = linspace(min(x),max(x),100);

ylin = linspace(min(y),max(y),100);

[X,Y]=meshgrid(xlin,ylin);

Z=griddata(x,y,z,X,Y,'cubic');

surf(Z); view(0,90); shading interp;
