Maximal possible density of electron-hole liquid?

  1. Let's say we have energy source of unlimited power (such as heat) and some hypotetical material (similar to semiconductor) which never melts.Applied heat pushes electrons and holes from hot end to cold end.Density of electron-hole liquid on the cold end will increase.Where is a limit to pressure of electron-hole liquid?When it will increase no more?
