Hey guys,
The colleges that I am looking at attending both have MechE but neither have aerospace engineering. It seems to me that the easiest transition from one of the 4 main engineering types to aerospace would be mechanical, but how seamliess is htis transition? Can one go 4 years as Mech E then get a masters in aerospace without much make up time? Also, woudl it be harder for a Mech E to get into a grad program for aerospace engineering, or would it be of similar difficulty if the mechanical engineer were simply applying fr a masters of mechanical (as in acceptance.)
