Molecular Shape Class

  1. Nov 23, 2008 #1
I have never come across this term before in my few years of chemistry. At first, i thought it meant molecular shape, such as "trigonal planar" or linear. But apparently, that is not the case. Apparently, it is in some form of AX2E (2 being a subscript), but thats all i can find on the matter. Does anyone have experience on this?
