How does mood affect perception of mood?

whats amazing is the way mood affects the way you think =O

Often times when I'm in a bad mood I try not to think of serious issues because I know I will think of them negatively..

It depends really. Sometimes when I am sad, I try to think positively, act nicely to people around me, and sometimes, I'll just be more grumpy than usual, or I'll just sit, or lie down somewhere, and listen to music.
