    Well Another God, it looks like you are gonna get your wish!

    What is a nucleosome positioning element?

    Nucleosome, those include histones. I guess nucleosome positioning elements would be short stretches of sequence which allow the chromosome to condense onto the histones.. such as CTG triplet repeats :)
