If you had the choice between drinking coffee or taking a short nap when feeling (a little) tired which would you think is the best, provided time is not an issue? A little is used because if you were extremely tired then a nap is the way to go. The question is another way of saying which is the least unhealthy. Both can lead to addictions but which is worse? Nap can lead distortion of sleep cycles and coffee is a drug, which may also lead to sleep problems.
